For cooling and dehumidifying of fresh or circulating air we derive advantage from direct evaporation engineering. With direct evaporation, the air is directly cooled down by the refrigerant which renders an intermediate cooling medium (e.g. water or brine) unnecessary.
The use of direct evaporation systems in many applications results in an up to 40% lower energy consumption and up to 25% lower investment costs than comparable cold-water solutions.
We look forward to examining the applicability and efficiency of direct evaporation engineering for your particular refrigerating application.
